I lived here awhile back and it was awesome, great staff, quick repairs, friendly people. Once I moved back however, I realized:

1. The office staff is terrible! The original manager was great and now it's run by a bunch of snobby girls that are either rude and put out by your call or just flat out never return your call even after leaving multiple messages.
2. Maintenance does not get anything done unless you call MULTIPLE times.

A friend of mine went to look at an apartment and the office staff was so rude to her that she opted to another apartment 10 miles away instead of Estancia, which was a block from where she works. Another review talked about how these office girls like to party, that is the absolute truth, they were always at the pool living it up, smoking, drinking even with kids around...what a fine example for their company, I hope corporate gets a hold of this. I will never renew here, nor refer ANYBODY no matter how desperate they might be to live in this area.

Very true about neighbor's noise, I think the walls and floors are very thin and cheaply built. My door handles always fell off

As a side note, yes the parking IS horrible, but I think that's normal for apartments. Do watch out for rude people dinging your car though, mine went from brand new to having about 15 different colored marks from all of the paint on other car doors hitting it.

If you lived here before then why didn't you get a garage or covered parking the 2nd time. That is definetly one thing that I have to have...a garage. I have lived here for four years and the same people have worked in the office, and I have never had a problem with them or any of the maintenance. Also, I've hung out at the pool during the past several summers and never saw the staff "out of control or providing a bad example" They actually played with my kids! I am not sure if you know this, but you live in an apartment. YOU ARE GOING TO HEAR NOISE! If you do not like it do not live in an apartment. Live in a house!

I cannot believe what this person says regarding the office staff and the quality of these apartments. These walls are not paper thin. I actually do not hear anything. I must agree, however, with the parking situation. It is inconvenient if you arrive late. Perhaps, you should rent a garage or a covered parking spot. Otherwise, this property is one of the better ones. I actually could have rented very close to my work, but after searching the area, this one is by far the better one and most well kept one. I have nothing negative to say otherwise.

About the staff being a little irresponsible, I have to agree, and I haven't even moved in there. I thought it was me, being fussy. But I see there are more people talking about them not returning calls. It is not big deal though. Well, the way I look at it, if its get too bad I will not tolerate to contact the management company to check the place out. Have a good day all!

The new office staff get uptight real quick if you have a problem and give them grief. You need to keep it cool with this crew while you pester them.
