I have lived here for four years. I have really enjoyed it.

Parking is average. There are times that its hard to find a spot to park but that is typical for any apartment. I have a garage.

Noise I hear my neighbors flush the toilet but the only time in the past that-that hasn't been an issue was when I lived on the third floor. So if you don't want to hear any noise then live on the third floor.

The trash compactor can be really gross on the weekends. The rest of the grounds are clean. And the lawn people are here all the time, expecially when I want to sleep in-they are always right outside my window. Another good reason to live on the upper floors.

Safety-never had any issues.

Construction-I haven't had to turn on the heater all winter my apartment stays warm enough.

Maintenance- I was irritated that I have to replace my own batteries on my smoke detector but I just make sure that I keep batteries on hand. That beeping noise sucks... and they are always doing ac filter inspections. But then I don't have to worry about changing them.

Staff- The girls in the office have always been great. Never any issues. Some of the rules or policys are out there, but I don't plan on leaving because of it.

One of the major important things to me... its quiet here. Yeah, there are kids playing at the playground but overall I love how quite it is.

There are a lot of reviews that are complaining about random BS but how long have they lived here. And they post annonomously, grow some balls and post your name. There are probably other issues or you did something wrong that you won't say your name. I'm legit!

I agree with you. This place is very pleasant, clean and quiet. I never hear any kids playing and my building is very clean.

Thank you for all the comments. I am moving there in January, can't wait; seems nice and quite place. I don't know about living there yet, as not moved in, but the leasing team is a bit useless. Until you sign the lease - they call you all the time. Once it done, they don't inform you of their decisions,or when you ask them to do something - you never get the answer until you call few times. But it almost the same everywhere, so I am still excited to moving in.

As of May 2009... Building #2 and Building #1 have several cops, --- couples, and illegals, which are the best neighbors because they're always quiet and discreet. Avoid Building #3, which is noisy because it has the Loud Biker Dude and some young families.
