We just moved in here in December, but have absolutely no problems. The office staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly. We were moving from out of state and when we couldnt make the trip back to sign the lease on the day we had arranged, they let us sign it at a later date for the same price. They even prorated from the later date which saved us money. We have had no problems with parking, but live in a front building which offers an extra row. They even sent us a card to say welcome and to make sure we are completely comfortable. We are extremely satisfied with our apartment and have had no problems with noise. I understand we havent lived here long, but coming from out of state and a house that we owned we have no complaints. It seems to me that people on here just want to complain. You cant make everyone happy, but I think if you are reasonable you would love it here!

I have been living here for the past 6 months and love it! The only concern that I have is the parking issue, which should be solved. Otherwise, it is very pleasant living here.

No, it's not that everyone wants to complain because quite frankly...if we had a choice, I thinkg we'd all rather have good things to say about a place we can actually enjoy. The negative reviews are just other people's point of view just as you have your own. You just moved here so I wouldn't be so quick to make judgements and make comments on the other reviews. Everything was fine when I "FIRST" moved in too.
