This complex has a MAJOR roach problem. Gross. Ew.
And ant piles all over the place.

Parking is horrible, I have very greedy neighbors that have a garage, but if the husband gets home before the wife..he'll park his car in the best spot, and then move cars when she gets home...RUDE!!!!! And if you get home after 10pm, plan on parking by the dumpsters and walking back to your apartment.

Staff isn't that great.

There was an undercover drug bust that happened a few months ago, the apartment didn't notify their residents though. I had to find out through The Colony news online website.

Unfortunately, people are rude but it isnt the communities fault that you have rude neighbors. If there are ant piles let the office know and pest control will handle it. They are here every Thursday. Also, what is the community supposed to do. . . send a letter out to all residents saying hey there was an undercover drug bust. That would create havic. I am happy here and I like the staff, but everyone's experiences are different. Sorry yours hasn't been great but you should try to do something about it instead of venting on aptratings.com

Unfortunately, apartments are breeding grounds for lowlifes that have no alternative than to manufacture and sell drugs as their means of income. This is true with any apartment complex in any area, even nice areas. Parking seems to be a chronic issue at this apartment complex, though, as every reviewer has touched on it. I've also heard from plenty of people that the staff lacks genuine interest in helping people out. tired55555, what do you suggest the reviewer do instead? I think this is a great way to let others know of one's experience with this or any complex. Why else was this site created?
