My kids and I were new to the area and we werent really sure where we should live. These apartments were new and seemed like a great choice. We have been here 4 months and it has been the worst 4 months of my entire life. There are rats that run around everywhere and the construction nearby is unbearable. Everytime I go in the office i am ignored. I cant ever get anyone from the office to call me back. Their answering service always picks up. Its really frustrating. The apartments havent filled up yet, and my neighbors are pretty trashy. Lately it seems like just about anyone can get an apartment here! We stayed at the nearby Budget Suites for a month before deciding on an apartment, and I thought that was slummy!! I would rather be back there! I am considering paying the fees to get out of my lease. I wish I would have done more research before picking an apartment.

Do you really have rats?! I haven't seen any! Have you reported this to the office? If so, have they done anything to help with the issue? I know I had a minor ant problem, but the office sent someone out to spray. I think pest control comes every Thursday.

What construction? If you're talking about hwy 121, that doesn't have anything to do with the apartments. I've never seen any rats either. I've always had a nice experience here and no offense, but you sound a bit harsh. I mean, it's like you have a problem with everything here...your neighbors, the people in the office and rats? I think the answering service picks up when they're with other people and that's because they're busy renting apartments. I'm very happy here and everyone that I've referred here is also happy. It really sounds like you're just an unhappy person, so maybe you should move elsewhere. I hope you're not my neighbor!
