Don't let the bad reviews misleed you, I just renewed my lease and couldn't be happier. The staff has always been nice to me and I've lived at several different places before and hands down, this is the best. You're always going to have someone who will say mean things and it's usually someone who didn't get their way or is pissed off because management makes them follow the rules. They screen everyone that lives here and I haven't met anyone that wasn't nice. I plan on staying here a long time.

I agree! I bet a lot of bad reviews for any community are residents that are pissed off because they didn't follow the rules.
