I've lived here since they first opened last year and I really like it here. Yes, there have been some issues with the gates at times, but they're up and running again in a short time and maintenance addresses the problem right away. It's not like they leave it for weeks - the last place I lived never fixed anything. Any time I've had a maintenance issue, they are always there to fix it that day. The people in the office are nice, too. I actually couldn't stand going into the office where I lived before. I plan on staying here a long time. If you want a nice place to live that has nice people, you should definetely check it out.
