horrible place!
The security gates are broken AT LEAST once a month.
There is constant garbage around the grounds.
The hot tub was green, then cold and now it has been taped off for at least THREE months.
The pool is oily and full of hair.
There is constant garbage piled up at the pool.
The garbage is out of control at the dump and it appears RATs are starting to take it over.
There are no poop bags in the receptacles.
The apartments leak heat and air conditioning. The appliances are not efficient. If you turn on the tub water, it has to be on full force or not at all.
The walls are paper thin, hearing everything.
The staff is immature an unprofessional, only there to sell more apartments.
The staff won t allow you to move in during the weekend because, they re only there to show apartments to new tenants. You ll need to take a day off to move in, no exceptions.
If you have an issue, they don t want to deal with you or your issue.
I have heard everyone complain about being screwed over when it comes to getting the deposit back.

These apartments are very cheaply built with little to no apparent insulation. I lived here for over a year and could feel air coming in/out at the floor baseboards and in our 2nd bathroom. I guess this is why our electric bills were almost $300 each month in the summer! We moved here to lessen our bills, not increase them. We even tried turning off the AC while we were at work and only running it in the evening/night, and that didn't help much either. It does not make sense to pay $160 for electric in a 2-story 2500 square foot house and then go to an 1100 square foot apt and pay $300. Go rent a house and don't make the mistake of renting here like we did.

I used to live here also. WORST PLACE I EVER ENCOUNTERED. You are right they are only out for a quick buck could care less about there tenants. The walls are paper thin and also the floors. If you move here I will guarantee YOU WILL REGRET IT. Oh and speaking of management abousolutely HORRIBLE.

You people need to quit your crying. How do you know what this place was built with? You dont! Remember this is TEXAS where electricity is averaged around .15 cents per killowatt hour. Maybe you forgot to tell everyone that you wash 100 loads of clothes a day or that you leave every light on 24/7. Everything in your apartment is ran by electricity. If your bills were so cheap in the 2500 square foot house you should have stayed. Now, lets start acting like adults and stop acting like a bunch of whamulance drivers! XOXOXOXO
