Don't Rent Here!
This apartment complex and its ever changing staff has been a headache since the day I moved in. Parking is terrible, and good luck getting any of the staff to fix anything or maintain a clean property. They consistently messed up my billing or "lost" my rent

WORST STAFF EVER The staff in the leasing office do not have any brains. They are mean, snobby, unprofessional, and USELESS. Calling with a complaint is a WASTE OF TIME. They have no clue how to run a complex or how to deal with resident issues. DO NOT LEASE HERE. YOU WILL BE SCREWED.

A great place to live I spent a year in Austin Ranch. The management was always very helpful and any maintenence issue I had was taken care of promptly. There are a ton of convenient amenities to where you don't really have to go out much at all. I lived looking over the "party pool"
