I live here and I love it. I live here in a 3 bedroom and 2 bath apartment and we love it here. The appliances are very nice and the apartment was very clean when we moved in. I have only had to call maintenance once in 12 months to repair my toilet paper handle. The maintenance guys are very sweet

Comfortable... I moved into Pine Creek about a month and a half ago, and have been happy with everything. The people in the front office are great, maintenance is extremely friendly and took care of the things on my move in sheet the day after I turned it in. The apartment is nice and also

Good place to live I lived there 18 months and it was a good place to live. Well kept and I barely ever heard the neighbors. Loved the assistant manager she really took great care of the tenants, anytime I had an issue it was resolved quickly and efficiently.

Beware Many issues here. This is a high theft area and many items have been stolen from the "secure" garages. The apartments are not secure. Doors that should only open with a magnetic key are continually broken and either don't open at all or open without any locking mechanism. Kayaks

Staff is great!! I've lived in lots of different apartment complexes, and Pine Creek Ranch has the nicest most helpful office staff. Maintenance has been great, too, and I love my apartment, but customer service is first on my list!! I would definitely recommend this community
