These apartments are very old. Due to their age, there are severe problems with them. The ---- roach infestation is horrible. The grounds are not kept as clean as they should be. The back complex has a pond which is usually scummy. The pool is seldom open during the summer because it is unclean. The staff is very friendly. The response time from the police department is very fast, probably because they know the way so well. Seldom does a week go by without the police being called for one reason or another.
