Looks can be deceiving.. I checked out these apts because someone told me they had been cleaned up from the trashy place it was a few years back.. The apts are cleaned up very nice, crown molding, new appliances..etc.. However, when I first moved in the place was overrun with cockroaches.. It took the mgmt 3 wks to get the exterminators out ! ! I was not given access to the front gate until 1 mo after moving in, finally, because they gave me a code that did not work, and then a remote that did not work, etc etc.. The sub flooring in the apt above me squeaks and creaks and you can see the outline of the boards in my ceiling.. Flooring upstairs needs to be replaced, which is what mgmt told me, however they have done nothing about it.. Loud, trashy neighbors... Not the quiet community that it was advertised to be.. Leaks in the ceiling so that liquid comes through my LIGHT FIXTURE.. Twice now, once KOOLAID, once toilet overflowing... My bathroom was overrun w/ ants after the koolaid coming thru my ceiling... 3 wks again to get exterminators out to spray ! ! This place is TRASH ! ! DO NOT COME HERE ! !
