We lived in Bridgewater for 1 year, and that was long enough. In that year, raw sewage----actually recognizable fecal matter complete with toliet paper---backed up less than six feet from our apartment door, and less from one foot from the sidewalk which led to the parking lot harboring our vehicles.

We never recieved pest control, though it was promised to us repeatedly, we did not have weather stripping on our doors and it took us 8 months of badgering the apartment complex employees to get it fixed. We had a list of 8 things we needed repaired that were wrong when we entered the apartment and it took us 8 months to get about 4 of them fixed.

Our next door neighbor had his car vandalized and broken into 3x, I had my bicycle stolen off of my front porch.

Scruffy disreputable looking individuals were constantly out in the parking lots, drinking and leaving debris and broken bottles in the parking lot.

The apartment management went through major changes repeatedly---each new manager and employee promised it would be different now that they were in charge.
