Nice looking community and well kept.

Noise level from residents seems to have improved in the last year. It is now rare (about once a month when loud residents and their guests think they can be loud late at night). One and a half years it seemed there was a weekly incident of rude and loud conduct by residents and their guests.

The staff has always been professional and helpful.

Parking is lacking, but it is rare that I have to park very far from my apartment.
