I have lived at the Bridgewater complex for 2 years now. I have really enjoyed the time I have spent here. For the most part it is quiet. Occasionally there is a neighbor near by having a party, but I just ignore it. I don t really have any malfunctions in my apartment other than the problem last month with my a/c. I called the office and Adolfo was there in less than an hour. He was very nice and fixed my a/c. I haven t has any problems since. These apartments are old but well kept. The insides seem to be updated and the outside is always picked up and free from trash. If your looking for a nice quiet place to live and don t care that it is older, then this place is great.

The residents are nice and the staff is always helpful. Have you every lived at a complex where every time you went into the office, you felt like you were bothering the staff' I have never been made to feel this way. I visit the office 2-3 times a week just to get coffee and a muffin or a cookie. My favorite part of the office is the huge variety of coffee flavors in the back club house all for the residents. I am big on star bucks but with their coffee machine here, I have my own little star bucks here and I don t have to pay for it.

I can t believe some of the reviews I have read on this site about this place. Maybe this place used to be bad but its no worse then other places. If you ask me, every place has its problems. You just have to decide what you want to put up with and what you don t.

Well, this place is going BACK down again. There is trash all over. and I've never heard of apartments doing annually inspections!! And the pool smells like pee! Not enough chairs for people to sit or lay out.

LMAO I was just there, No Trash Ever so personable and friendly staff. And for the "P" lol that thing was crystal clear! The place was very quiet, except for all the people coming in to find a place (that told me something!) Kudos to the excellant staff, my hats off to you! I can't wait to move in!
