I've lived here for 4 months and I hate it! I'm thinking about breaking my lease. The manangement is so horrible and mean. And they do yearly inspections of your apartment... meaning they just let themselves in and look all around your apartment. I've never heard of an apartment that does that. My Grandparents we're visiting me and their car got towed! Two little old people who's car got towed because they didn't have a hang tag!'! The pool is clowdy. I've read a few reviews previous and I have to say that I do agree that the pool does smell. And even if you don't want to even get into the pool and just lay out there arn't enough chairs... you have to lay on the ground. The rules arn't enforced in the pool either. People are swimming in the pool with their clothes on. Thats gross. I moved into this apartment because of the fact that there is a gate. Well somebody ran into the key pad and so the gate was left open! It took them almost a week to get it fixed! Also before I moved in my boyfriend was asking about the apartments. Like how often do they clean the pool and what time of the month do they exterminate. They told him that they can't answer those questions because he's not on the lease!! He was just concerned! This place is trashy and full of trashy people too!

I really have to disagree with your review. I spent nearly 4 hours at the place today checking it out. The new chick in the office is so polite, helpful, friendly, down to earth, outgoing, etc. Shirley...well all I have to say is WOW Just sweeet! They weren't mean, they were upfront and honest. I read your review before checking them out and asked about the pest control I was told "any time it's needed, if you see one call us" and I'm not on no lease. For the grandparents, thats sad, but it's like that for a REASON! Where I currentlly live I have to walk up to half a mile (serious) sometimes because people that don't live there park in my spaces I pay for. I'm glad they tow, my manager absolutelly refuses!!! Yearly inspections, well it seems like you just have something to hide. That is common. It's not to invade, it's for insurance reasons, it must be done once a year no matter what. That is how they keep it low in turn keeping your costs down! Oh and they give you a notice! So it's not like they just walk right in. I think your the only "trashy" person. I had 3 people say hi to me and smile while I was walking around checking things out.

Um, I've noticed some of the stuff this person noticed, as well. Not too mention, the I have a small dog and they want me to pay several hundred dollars, which I won't get back. I don't agree with every thing this person says, but the whole inspection thing is also right. And the whole you must have something to hide is lame. That's like saying if someone hires a lawyer, they must be guilty. I've heard that many times and it's is not true. It's called privacy. I think you know that though. Perhaps, you are an employee?
