I lived here for a year and a half too long. Personally, I think it's a dump, they raise the rent regularly and they are definitely not worth the rent they charge. The apartment itself is painted and cleaned to look nice when you first look at it, then after moving in I noticed cheaply put together with cheap materials/fixtures for a short-term "quick-fix". Things break or don't work properly and never get fixed appropriately. They had three different managers during the year and a half I was there. The lightening was terrible around the apartment I lived. I thought it was very dangerous walking to my apartment alone when it was dark in the evenings. The gate never worked half the time, it was opened most the time. I did not have a problelm with any other tenants while I was there fortunately. Parking was always an issue if you got in late in the evenings, you may have not found a spot. It's okay for a short-term stay, but I wouldn't recommend long term.
