All was fine in the begining until the upstairs neighbors moved out and new ones in. We fought daily with both the office and the upstairs people. What really drew the line was they had a sing a long at 1:00am on a Monday night. The office was slow to help. Constant pounding on the floor and kids running back and forth at ALL hours- day and night. They liked to cook early and late with strong food (garlic and curry) this is very disturbing to your neighbors. We quickly found out that it was not limited to our building, there were complaints from numerous people living in our building and the others. Needless to say the tenents were not happy with the office. I would not live there again.

I diagree...the office staff does try to control the noise. They send out letters of "No Tolerance" - they are doing what they can to keep volume level down. I believe these apartments are the best in Tomball!!!
