nice grounds but a puny apartment next to a VERY busy and VERY loud street with a volunteer fire dept. station to go with all that! managment is more concerned with getting u into the lease than maintaining a happy renters base once your under contract. i would not reccommend them

First of all the street that the apartments are next to IS NOT a busy street. Yes, there is a fire department, but Tomball is a very small town and I RARELY hear sirens. My apartment is on that side with the "busy" street and fire department so I know first hand. That was the most incorrect statement I have read. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful also. I completely disagree with this opinion.

I also live next to that street. It's true the fire station is not the issue but it is very noisy due to the traffic. Also, the intersection there has cars stopping and the loud booming bass is extremely distruptive during sleep. And this goes on at all hours. The worse is between 5p and 10p. In addition, there is a street light at that intersection AND a security light under my window. I had to put up black out curtains just to sleep. Do you know expensive those are? The new management is pretty helpful so maybe the old ones were bad. I don't know.
