I have absolutely no complaints about Fountains of Tomball. Being young and out on my own for the first time I was terrified of renting. I didn't want to spend all the money, sign a contract, and then realize I hated it for whatever reason. The staff at first was very helpful in meeting my needs. I just knew all that would change once I was a resident. But the thing is...it didn't. They are some of the sweetest, most understanding, concerned people I have ever met. There is always a smile on their face. As far as maintenance, it's top notch. I've never had to wait more than a day on menial jobs and it's fixed right the first time. The maintenance team is also on call for after hour emergencies. There is a security guard that drives around the property keeping an eye on everyone. The Tomball police are also really close. I feel safe and secure anytime of the day or night. As far as rent, I don't feel like I'm being gouged. I feel it's well worth it. I have even been able to afford a garage. The neighbors have been nice for the most part. There were some college kids that lived next to me that were annoying, just loud and stupid, but ususally only on the weekends. I don't feel like it's overun by those types of people though. It has been easy to find peace and quiet for study time. The apartments themselves are very nice. Clean, well painted, great layout. I love coming home to such a wonderful place. Overall, I have been extrememly impressed by all aspects of Fountains of Tomball and I am proud to call it my home.
