Well to start with the parking absolutely stinks. The gate hasn't worked in at least 5 months. After move-in I didn't receive a gate card anyway. They supposedly have a membership with Tomball Fitness . . . never saw anything about that. Dog pooping situation only enforced with certain people, not all residents. Didn't get a copy of my lease until 6 months into my lease. Somehow I'm paying $200 more a month for my rent than everyone else. Security personnel think they are above the rules and rude. Units are not energy efficient. My light bills were outrageous. The "tile" floor is the same flooring you get in a school cafeteria. That "tile" is in the bathrooms and kitchen . . . very slippery! Hope your carpet is dyed better than mine was also! Grass isn't always mowed either . . . once every two weeks if you're lucky. I don't recommend the "best in Tomball" to anyone.

This person proabley doesnt pay their rent on time and is mad. Ever since i have lived here i have not had any trouble!!! These apts are great as well as the staff!!

I love it here also. I have had no problems. The people are friendly and the grounds are kept very nice. This person seems to be very knit picky and probably isnt a happy customer in many situations....
