My lease is almost up, and ever since I moved there its been horrible. I moved in a week after previous tenants moved out and my carpet was flea infested, and I complained for a month and eventually had to stay some where else for a week and a half till they finally decided to spray for them. I have had 3 leaks. My garbage disposol was leaking when I moved it. My storage door was broke and it took them a week to come fix it and give me a key. Takes them forever to respond to your maintance request and you have to call and bug them everyday and noone ever seems to know whats going on in the office. They say they will call you back and never do. They are great until you sign the lease, and then they dont care about your needs after that. It was a week before I got a copy of my lease and a mail key! The gate has been broken since before I moved in. The pool is always green, and brakes often, the fountains are always nasty and broken half the time. Also the parking is crazy, took me three tries to get a covered spot that someone didnt already have reserved cause the girls in the office didnt know who was where. I finally had to start parking where I wanted. Also the grass is not cut often enough and when they do cut it they blow it onto the patios of the residents. I am moving out in Jan and couldnt be happier to leave. Its just rediculous.
