Ok, I thought things were bad with the previous management company, but this is worse. I know that the problems before were with the actual company and not with the staff, but now it is both the staff and the actual company. First, they are refusing to renew leases for their good residents, but they are keeping the trash. They are also going way up on rent. My rent is $630 right now, and I was told that if they were to renew my lease it would go up to $710. That's almost $100 more, but I guess that doesn't matter since they are refusing to renew my lease. They are now charging for water, trash, and gate keys. They are only giving us 1 gate key even though there are 2 people on the lease (that doesn't make sense to me). And there are no gate codes so I can't even get into my own home without my husband. The manager refuses to speak with anyone, you have to talk to the leasing agent and then wait for her to come back with a response.

I used to think that this was the best place in Tomball to live, but not anymore. I would not recommend living here until they fix the problems with the office staff.
