..to see such a nice complex go downhill like this. In 1.5 years it has gone from a 4star to a 2star & I quite expect it to be a 1star by the end of my lease. Needless to say I am looking for another place to move. The pool is the final straw. They've been "working on it" for 6 months or more & don't seem to have any sense of urgency with it even though it's now summer. The pool/hot tube are one of the main reasons I moved here. I'm debating breaking my lease because I really don't believe them anymore that they are trying to get it fixed. They have fixed the pump but I think they are just stalling now until the next company buys them out. Rumor has it that the deal is in the works for that already. I'm fine with the management & the mantainance. Location & neighbors are great but that can only go so far. It should be illegal for a company to buy a complex & not deliver what is advertised! Lincoln Properties...I hope you are reading this!
