This place has it's pro's and con's like any other. We do get free memberships to Tomball Fitness which is pretty cool. But the parking is horrible. Three of our friends have gotten towed within the last two months. They seriously towed this guy's work truck for parking a couple inches over the line! Then they tell us that if we don't have the correct sticker or a tag which hangs from the rear view mirror...then you will be towed. Almost everyone pays different rent. My husband and I pay 916. for a small 2bd/2ba. Another resident paid 775. for the large 2bd/2ba. So we get penalized for making more money than other residents! Not fair.
My husband and I are young, but we have a child and we don't make a lot of noise or have any parties...but the "new" neighbors we have across the way are horrible. They have parties every weekend and are VERY loud and obnoxious! The management has not done anything about them. I have called the cops myself and I know of atleast 2 other times that the cops have had to arrest people from that apartment and they still live here! I'm really just getting fed up with this place. We are in the process of looking for a new place ASAP!
