I have been there for an year. they are going up on rent. I asked to park my truck and trailer there for one night. They said SURE just as long as it is at the end where onone parks! then it got TOWED and they would not do anything about it-$700 bucks out of my pocket. Another guy the same night got towed because his jeep was on the white line. SPA does not work. AC does not cool enough during the summer. I paid money for storage $150.00 and then had all my stuff ready to unload. Both was full with someone ele's stuff. They gave a credit to my Company that was paying for the apartment instead of me. When I asked they said SORRY nothing I can do! I was there for 3 days one month and my water bill was higher than the month before'!'!' Very noisy, if the people wake up early to go to work so do you! I am moving out at the end of the month!
