I have lived at Hickory Hill for 8 months as of today. I have no complaints whatsoever about this complex. The interview/contract process was painless, I got a contract the same day, and moved in the next. Management and maintenance have been helpful and thorough. The ladies in the office go out of their way to assist me in so many ways, and are interested in their tenants. The complex is older, but well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and the other residents are cordial. I feel completely safe here - I've never known of a need to call the police. This complex qualifies as a true community.
