I've lived in many apartments! I will not put this one on my list of places to return or refer. Nothing works right in my apartment. The stove doesn't work like it is supposed to. There's always noise. The noise ranges from loud to louder. Today there is a pile driver next door crushing concrete. If it's not a pile driver it's a concrete saw, hammers, or backhoe's. The Tomball Parkway keeps me waking up ever few hours of the night. I've got to turn my fan on or turn the volume up on the tv to block out the highway noise. I like to save money on air conditioning, but haven't been able to because I can't leave my windows open because of the noise or fear of someone breaking in. Don't rent here. You'll hate it. If you have to live here, sign a 6 month lease and keep looking.
