I leased my apartment August 2008 and will not renew my lease. There was a management change and was not notified until 2 months later. There is no parking if you live in the front of the complex. Appliances are not upgrated at all. Electric bill is very high. Maintenance takes their time to answer maintenance requests, it may be days for you see them. The wires inside the AC unit (inside the apartment) started smoking, was told by maintenance it was suppose to be like that, ie turning on the unit, come to find the wires were touching each other, could have started a fire. During Hurricane Ike, management gave out notices that they were leaving and what we needed to do to prepare for the hurricane, did not see them for 4 days, we have no electric, could not cook or shower, because everything is electric. We were in the dark, literally. Trash overflows and very noisy neighbors. Management does nothing to control this. Do not rent here. You have been warned.
