I am still stuck here! The new management is as bad as Aimco if not worse. They say pest control comes every Friday, but I never see them. I have roaches coming out the ying yang! The neighbors are really trashy, the maintenance will not fix anything, and the office staff are very snobby if you go into the office unless you are giving them a check. I have to shower instead of taking baths because the paint in my tub is peeling. I asked them to fix it and the new management said it is not their problem. Do not live here if your life depended on it!! I would rather sleep in a flea bag motel if I was not tied into a lease!! I forgot to mention that once I stepped out on my porch and gashed my foot by a nail head sticking up because the wood is rotted. I reported it to the office, they took my statement, took a picture and then offered to settle for $50....not to mention that nail is still there!!

Response from the office... First let me apologize for any misunderstanding we (office staff) may have had. We certainly do not want the residents to feel like we do not care or do not want to make things better. That is quite the opposite. I would like to approach the roach issue first. We do have pest control come every Friday, however, it is by request only. If you have not requested it you will not be on the list for extermination. Pest Control is to leave a green receipt saying that the service has been completed. If you, or anyone has requested this and do not get a green receipt, please let us know so that we may tell our company about the mistake. Next, no one in this office since new management has taken over, has ever told any resident that your bath tub peeling is not our problem. We will gladly schedule your tub to be resurfaced and have done so for many residents. We ask that you sign a form and follow a few simple instructions, but we have never turned anyone down. If you still have this problem please come to the office to schedule this work. Last, we have never received a complaint about a nail sticking up by a front door. We have never taken a picture of this or offered a settlement. This had to be the previous management company. Again, we ask you, if you have this problem, please let us know so that we may correct it. We want to do everything in our power to make our residents happy. If something is not getting done, please let us know. We will do our best to get it done in a timely manner.
