When we got information about Marymont about a year ago, we were told one price and then when we signed the lease we were told our apartment was recently upgraded so the rent would be higher. We desprately needed a place so we took it. Come to find out, our apartment had not been upgraded and we have been paying higher rent all along. (We visited our next door neighbor, who has lived here longer than we have to see his apartment has new carpet, stainless appliances and fresh paint) I COULD NOT EVEN GET FRESH PAINT!!!

I like this area but I am very disappointed in the management! When I asked about bugs, Lana said all apartments have bugs. When I asked to get the apartment sprayed, she made me feel like I brought the bugs. She is not very helpful. The bugs live in the bar and dishwasher area. yuck!

I MOVED IN 2 WEEKS AGO. I WAS TOLD ON ONE DAY THE APT WOULD BE ONE PRICE BUT COULDN'T SEE IT CAUSE THE CARPET WAS BEING REPLACED. WENT BACK TWO DAYS LATER AND THE PRICE WENT UP $4.00. I ASKED HOW COULD I COMMIT TO A LEASE WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE APT? NO ANSWER. I WAS TOLD THAT THE PRICE GOES UP DAILY OR DOWN DAILY.SINCE I'VE BEEN HERE 3 APARTMENTS HAVE MOVED OUT. I ALSO GOT MY CAR TOWED. NO NOTICE NOTHING. I WAS TOLD IT WAS DOUBLE PARKED. THE TIRES WERE OVER THE LINE SO THEY TOWED IT. BUT, THERE ARE 3 CARS (ONE I WAS PARKED NEXT TO) THAT HAVE FLATS AND NON WORKING. ALL WERE NOT TOWED. I ASKED TO HAVE THE APT SPRAYED AND THE GUY BARELY SPRAYED AND WAS OUT IN 2 MINUTES. I ALSO HAD TO COME BACK AND GET A MAIL KEY THEN WAS TOLD THEY NEEDED TO MAKE A COPY OF IT BEFORE I COULD KEEP IT. THE GATES DON'T ALWAYS WORK. ONE IS ALWAYS OPEN OR YOU CAN FOLLOW SOMEONE IN. WE ARE ON OVER A WEEK OF HAVING THE FENCE REPLACED. IT WAS FALLING DOWN. THE OLD FENCE POSTS ARE STILL IN THE PARKING LOT. CHECK OUT CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING A LEASE.
