I had to live in these apartments for a couple of years. I DO NOT recommend living here. They are filled with drug users. If anything breaks too bad so sad nothing ever gets fixed. And don't get me started on the air conditioner. In the summer, you are lucky if your apartment (inside ) is below 90 degrees. And that is with the a/c running. Then, you have an outrageous light bill. I was so happy when I finally left these %$@%$# apartments. And the landlord is even worse. Don't rent. You will be sorry.

I just read the last review. I also lived in these apartments and agree with everything the people have said about these apartments. They are horrible. And the guy who owns them is no better. He never wants to fix anything. He wants you to pay rent. But hell if he will fix anything. These apartments are old, dirty, and everything breaks on you. I also had a/c problems. I will never go back.

this complex is just like a slum in Newyork city clothes hanging across the patios and trash everywhere.My meter for lights would never shut off even with everything turned off i saw my meter still moving fast,which means something els was connectd to my electrical service.The avaerage bill at that complex is 350-450 even in the winter.The manager even has the building lights connected to the residents electrical service so he dont have to pay for it.Gary is such a drunk he lost his keys to the office and fell down the stairs My dad and i had to help him up and he had a bottle of MD20/20 IN HIS HANDS.hE PROTECTED THE BOTTLE LIKE IT WAS A BABY.The laundry room is set up to take your money so he can go and collect it at the end of the month when enough people lost their money.He goes and unjams the machines and the pockets the change that blocks the machine.My dad and i are tired of helping Gary home while he gets drunk cause we need to sleep at night and hes banging on our door and yelling obsenities to other residents about their rentwhich is private info.Since we left ,all his maintenance has left also .Richey and Jerold both left as Garys paychecks to thm bounced to many timesand then he charged Jerold rent when he knew his checks would not clear untill a week later that way he charged jerold late ees. Boy what a crook that gary,thief,liar,drunk,loud mouth . KJ
