Yes, this appartment complex has problems. I have been living here for over 2 yesrs now. My light bill is outragous. My power is connected to the building.. i have proof that they have other things not in my appartment on my power line. Yes the cops are in there every other night. Children breaking into appartments. Gary is like most slum lords, they care just of the money and not of the tenants. Never seen gary drunk but i know he does drink. Yes there are sex offenders living in Terrace hills. Richy and Jeral are awesome when they were here working. Gary fired them b/c they wanted to do there job and fix things.
