It's not the worst, but its not the best - Have happily lived here several years...but am not at all impressed with the new management. office staff i've lived here for almost 3 years. when i first moved in the office staff was really nice and seemed to really care about tenants. the ones they have now are arrogant and smart a$$es that could care less about anything other than signing new tenants. i am moving as soon as i can

god geet me out of here this place is so far from liveable its insane gangs rule the street kids run wild at night even tho cops are here nearly every night i dont feel safe to even walk my dog. the maintance is a joke one man for the whole complex and he dont work weekends

Hickory Hill is a great place to live. It is quiet and the grounds are well maintained. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. My husband and I lived here from November 2001 until September 2005 before moving to Georgia.
