Used to be okay

I lived at this complex for about 2 years. This was before they remodeled the place.

I lived in a 2 and 3 bedroom apartment. The 3 bedrooms have horrible electric bills.

Security was provided at the time by a woman who was a Sheriff's Deputy. She never patrolled the place and was there for the free rent. Many of the halls leading to apartments had no lightning. You could not see if someone was waiting for you around the corner or not.

When I lived there Dalcor owned the place and I personally would NOT rent from that company again!

Maintance was not good. It was hard to get anyone to fix anything.

Noise was bad, it sounded like the person upstairs was going to fall into my living room at any given moment.
