When we moved in here, it was ok for the first couple of days. The service rates extremely poor. We asked for our door to be fixed and they came and supposedly fixed it TWICE. Which both times they came, the door was still not fixed. There is dog crap mostly everywhere I see. My bedroom window, to my surprise, was superglued shut. We asked for our freezer to be fixed because it barely froze anything and they came over and said it was fine when apparently it wasn't. Rent is outrageous. Not worth it. Only reason I'm living here is to go to Whitehouse schools and still live in Tyler without paying anything. The upstairs floors squeak on the town houses. The concrete floors on the bottom are crooked. It appears as if the floors are shifting or the foundations have shifted downward. The management does next to nothing about noise. When I first started living here, there were college students having parties at the apts. almost every night and we asked the manager to do something about it. She never did. The parking lot has just been redone and it looks nice but they made it a hassle to do it, making inadequate parking all the time. Some of the sidewalks have holes in the ground next to them which I have twisted my ankles in them more than often. The pool, in the summer, was poorly kept. They attempted to clean it every Monday but most of the times they went over into Tuesday and sometimes Wednesday. Overall, I would definitely NOT recommend these apts.
