Well, I had a bit of difficulty actually getting the lease signed due to the fact that their internet connection was down for two days. But the staff was very kind and helpful making that easy to overlook. They are quick to respond to service calls and take care of anything that is wrong with the dwelling.

Another added bonus is that water is indeed, free.
