Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I moved in about 5 months ago, and got a great deal! The apartment was priced good, and I got an awesome discount when I moved in. The girls in the office are friendly. They always tell me hello and ask how I am when I am checking my mail or whatever. The maintenance is pretty good, I really haven't had many problems, just a few minor things, but they have taken care of them. Oh yeah- and unlike most places- THEY PAY WATER!
