If you want to live in a nice apartment complex......then don't live at shiloh road! I also lived had problems with the air conditioner. My electric bill was in the 300's and when asked if they could look at it... the response given was "well we already know the cooling units are too small for the apartments". After hearing this you would think they would fix them right' Wrong! They don't even care the slightest bit about their residents or the look of the complex.
