First off, the plumbing is shut off every month...why you ask....because every month they have a different excuse. First it was condoms then it was bad pipes...hell, they evern have toliet tissue in the grass from it backing up.
The electricity is way tooooo much. There is no insolation and you waste money trying to heat/cool your apartment.
The grounds are trashy. Broken glass, trash, and the up keep is so bad.
The laundry mat smells like urine and is never cleaned. The tennis court is so worn out...and the pool is never drained!

Stay far away from this place. I am counting down the days to my lease ending.
