I was referred here by a friend of mine who has lived here for I think 4 years. She loves it and encouraged me to come take a look. I did and I have to admit, its not the nicest place in the world, but its definately worth the money. The outside is very outdated, the grounds could use some work...there are places where there is dirt all over the sidewalk, because there are no retainer walls. But the insides are great. They have done some remodeling, cabinets, counters and floors. I love the inside of my apartment! I think I can live with the outside appearance, because the inside is so great! One of the biggest one bedrooms in Tyler- and believe me...I've looked!

Apparently, you havent drove down the street to wood trail. They have bigger rooms, more decent appearance, an actaul security office that works, lights so you can see if someone is going to attack you, they dont shut their water off. Come on this is just an attempt to make the apartments look good when they are trashy. 3 months to go for me and I am FREE!
