Shiloh road apartments is an awful place to live. Since we have moved in we have encountered many different problems. First of all the water is shut off AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH. Secondly, we were without any hot water for 8 days, and without running water for 4 days. Awful. In that period of time we have had two leaks. One where the an upstair pipe busted and no one was living there, so you can just imagine what happened there. WE had water coming from the upstairs kitchen into ours and the water was dripping out of our light fixtures. Talk about a fire or something worse fixing to happen. The next incident was also an upstairs leak, but it happened next door. We had water flooding the kitchen and dining room. All they did was suck up the water. If the water came next door to us through the wall, just imaging what is in the wall. A bunch of mold Im sure. The apartment next door's ceiling even began to cave in a bit. And you know they still rented both of those apartments. Amazing. There is a serious mold problem there and mold continues to grow in both of our bathrooms no matter what we do. Unfortunatly Im sad to say have lived here for almost 2 years. I know too long to live where you absouluty hate a place, but as soon as our lease is up in December we are out of there we have put it off too long anyways. The looks of it aren't that great either.
