To everyone complaining about the trash and "bad" upkeep, let's remember one thing: the quality of the apartments left behind represents the trash that just moved out.

For example, I noticed that the pool had turned green late June. Realizing this happened last year, I walked into the office to complain, and they knew what I was about to say. Do you know why the pool was green' Because a moron poured beer yeast into the swimming pool the night before.

Now that I've said that, let me give you my personal experience here.

I have lived here since July 2007 and will probably remain here another year. There seems to be a roach and bug problem even though they spray every six weeks. Then again, my neighbors are loud, obnoxious and trashy, so that's probably why.

-There are numerous pot holes in the parking lot.
-I can smell food from an apartment two units away.

To put this simply, the management is great, and the apartments are well maintained. The problem here is that management lets anyone who comes off the street move in. If they restricted more people and ran more background checks this place would be a more enjoyable place. It's not the maintenance, it's the trash that lives here.
