I have to admit, it was a rocky start. I had problems with my apartment the day I moved in. However...the staff jumped right on getting them fixed for me and making sure I was happy. I have lived in several apartments in my lifetime and I have to say this is NOT the worst place by far. The main maintenance guy seems to have a chip on his shoulder sometimes, but the work gets done. I have had to call them back a few times when the work wasn't done correctly, but the office was very apologetic and sent someone over right away. The water is somewhat of an issue, but they are trying to get some sort of system put together to minimize the shut offs and I applaud them for that-its been a long time coming. Overall I would (and have) recommend these apartments. Affordable, Nice, Large, Comfortable, Quiet and Generally good place to live.
