I've been here for about a year. The place was built in the 70's and has those old style floor plans and appliances. They are being upgraded if you pay more per month. The grounds are well kept and the laundry room is average.
The biggest down size is the LOUD boom boxes from cars playing Rap.
See some drug activity but with only one way into here, limits them.
