I should have known that something wasn't right when they didn't want to let me see an apartment before I moved in. Like someone else said, they didn't show me the apartment that I was to live in. After I signed my lease, they showed me the apartment I was going to have. They did not replace the carpet that was in the apartment when the previous tennants lived there. There were cigarette burns in the carpet and a huge hole in the closet carpet where someone had left an iron on. The dishwasher never worked and sometimes when I use the garbage disposal it drains in the dishwasher. (Very disgusting) The sink in the bathroom leaks into the cabinet below it. Twice while I lived here my closet has flooded for reasons the apartment staff never investigated. All they did to help that situation was send someone to clean the carpet so it wouldn't stink. I think there is something wrong with the light wiring because each light bulb I replace only lasts about 1 month. The light in the dining room has never worked. I was amazed at how cheap the rent was, now I know why. To add to that, I have seen two people get arrested and one fight in the duration of my stay at these awful apartments.
