When i first moved in these apartments my first clue should have been that the rent was just too cheap. But, being a single person paying for school and living on a tight budget i figured it would be great.. I was terribly wrong!! They ended up switching my apartment to another one in the back of the complex, which i wasn't too thrilled about then i had over 3 pages of problems to fill out when i first moved in. I was promised new wallpaper in the bath room the week after i moved in b.c the existing wallpaper was torn and badly stained, but as to the day i moved out it was never replaced.
The water bugs were taking over my whole apartment and when i called the office manager she said "well i guess we will have the bug people come more often but they never did. I have a big time phobia of water bugs so i had to stay at other people's houses most of the time b.c i could even sleep in my own apartment ( which is really sad)
So, then my fridge went out the day after i bought groceries and i was told i would be refunded the money spent but only recieved less than half of what i spent.
The leasing agent that worked there during the dreadful time i lived there was about as smart as a door knob, seriously!
Here is a really good one, i came home from work one day an the maintance guy had been there to look at my porch which was falling apart and left my door wide open, the air conditioner going full blast and he was no where around!! HELLO, i see i problem with that!!!
Also, i saw about 2 drug deals going on downstairs in the parking lot during the time i lived there as well....
PLEASE, PLEASE don't go through the hell i went through its no fun when your are TERRIFIED walking to your car even in broad daylight..
Oh and did i mention my car was also broken into as well( which managment did nothing about)!!!
Sorry this is sooo long but i have never dealt with people that are this irresponsible and careless as the management staff was here. Hope this helps with your decision.
