I have never heard of a worse experience at an apartment.

I did not live here but my sister did and this was what she had to deal with.

The manager said the apartment was move in ready and had weeks to get it ready but when she arrived it was not ready.

They were still repairing some things and it wasn't even clean.

They just painted over some very nasty mold in the bathrooms and the apartment always had a fowl smell.

The carpets weren't replaced after the previous tenant moved out, or even cleaned and they were stained and filthy.The management was very rude and the maintenance never repaired anything in a timely manner.

It always took weeks to repair anything.

I was there many times when she was waiting there for them to show up.

She would call and they would just keep telling her, "We'll be right over." or "We'll be there later today." And when they did show up they would always just temporarily fix the problem and would keep having to return to re-fix it instead of just fixing it right the first time.

I have never seen anyone treated so poorly.

I can't imagine there being a worse apartment to live in.
