I have a feeling this was probably the new manager. I had high hopes for manager #9 but she's worse than the rest! The official ruling on the kids making messes I have to clean up on my patio and playing in the road etc is "It has to feel like their home too"... So apparently my porch area isn't mine yet I'm responsible to keep it tidy.... They enacted "quiet hours" which aren't quiet and nothing is done about the noise. They are fixing up the apartments (mine has a nausiatingly strong smell of turpintine for the last 4 days). No windows in the building are open though so were forced to live with it.. I can't wait to get out of this hell hole!
