Definately better than the u pines for ut tyler students. I've been here a week now and i'm quite satisfied, staff is friendly and the parking isn't too terribly bad, just not a front row spot everytime. Very quiet, although i'm on the top floor, i just hope i'm not constantly disturbing my neighbors without realizing it.
